oh my god , this order for shipping cost , why he make such a comment? Actually before shipping he require wooden box , we havn't charge for it and packed it well. when he received , we asked any damage ,he replied well and clean. customer is 70 years old or more , and an inventor , cute but some kind of insist of own opinion, just think about our own grandpa. Actually this is an customized electrical control panel , our electrical engineer programmed according the first version and logic requirement, but when customer received , he want it works as second version and logic, we told him it's ok , engineer will reprogramming. but customer insist we havn't do it well(we send the video to him before send it out , he agree). And he require software should be free and belong to him , just think about any pc, phone, TV , when you buy it you should require the software? God , pls help me ,how to communicate well with this kind of grandpa, he is inventor but not electrical technology.
